Registration without Partner 

It is possible to register without a partner even so we recommend registration with a partner. We will try to keep the number of men and women as well-balanced as possible. Please understand, that at a certain point it might not be possible anymore to register without partner.   

Registration & payment

Your online registration is definitive if you send the online form and you will have to pay the full amount. We reserve the right to give your space to another participant if your payment does not arrive  a reasonable time after your registration on our account.

The best ways for a safe and fast payment are payments via creditcard or via paypal. The payment with creditcard or paypal costs an extra fee of 5 € per booking.

Please note: the price you have to pay only depends upon the arrival of the payment on our account. It does not depend on the date of reservation. Therefore you need to make sure to transfer the payment as soon as possible on our account in order to guarantee yourself the best price ! Or you pay with creditcard or paypal. 

The total price to be paid we will send you in the confirmation mail.

 

You will get a confirmation mail with all necessary information including the bank & account information in the next 48 hours. 

Due to organizational reasons we usually do not confirm the arrival of your payment. Usually we come back to you if we DONT get a payment for a registration made.

Terms of participation: With your payment you completed your registration. Online Registration will oblige you to pay the full amount.  

Cancellation: Cancellation is possible until 20 days before the event starts against payment of 80 € for each pass. After this date we will restitute only if you bring a substitute for the price of the pass which is valid at the day of your cancellation ! 

Responsability: We do not take responsability for any damage or loss of property during Berlin Salsacongress 2010. With your registration for The Berlin Salsacongress 2011 you accept those terms and conditions.
